Credit / Debit Card Details
The process for purchases made on-line does not store individual credit / debit card details once the order has been placed and the payment confirmed.
When orders are placed over the telephone by credit / debit card all card details are shredded once the payment has been confirmed.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and in most circumstances you may return any product within 7 days for a prompt refund or exchange without affecting your statutory rights. Postage is NOT refundable. Also, we are willing to exchange products but you must enclose the relevant postage with the returned goods in order for the exchange to take place.

Postage and Packaging
We endeavour to try and keep our postage and delivery charges to a minimum.
Prices quoted for each item excludes postage and packing and all items sent by post or courier are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Despatch Times
Upon receipt of 'cleared funds' we will endeavour to despatch calendars and cards the same or next day but due to demand this may take a little longer. However, we will endeavour to deliver your order as early as we possibly can.
With regards to prints the delivery time depends upon whether we are required to check a proof and the size and type of print required. If our supplier requires a proof check so as to ensure the colours etc. are correct this may delay delivery by a couple of days or so. However, with larger prints and stretched canvases a proof check is recommended. The proof is generally included with the print for the customer to frame as they so wish.

Collection from Witherslack
If you wish to pre-order items for collection from our office in Witherslack (Cumbria) please phone us with your order and payment details then call in and collect them when you are next passing.

Where We Deliver
J & S Stott Limited will deliver products worldwide and if posted, then the postage rates will be in accordance with the type of packaging and the destination of the purchaser.

Delivery Costs
We endeavour to try and keep our postage and delivery charges to a minimum and in doing this we may send orders in multiple packages depending upon the composition of your order. If for example two packages are sent they will be labelled (1 of 2 parcels) and (2 of 2 parcels) to assist the customer.
Postage rates will be according to the type of packaging used and the destination of the purchaser.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that the goods arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible. All damages must be notified to us within 7 days from the posting date.

Returns & Exhanges Procedure
Please email , fax +44 (0) 15395 52064 or telephone +44 (0) 15395 52394 quoting your details, what you wish to return or exchange and the reason for its return. As soon as we receive your notification we will provide you with a unique returns number that should be written on the outside of the packaging in the top left hand corner.

In most circumstances you may return products within 7 days for a refund or exchange it for another item without affecting your statutory rights. To return or exchange goods, please quote your invoice number, which can be found on the top right hand side of the invoice that came with your order. All queries regarding your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers returning orders after 7 days will receive a credit note that can be used towards future purchases.

Goods must be returned in good condition and carefully repacked in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned order (with your returns number written on the top left hand corner of the package) we will be able to process a refund or replacement as required.

Postage is NOT REFUNDABLE unless the product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing fault.

To Exchange Goods we apply the following:
Please contact us with your credit/debit card details when returning goods to cover the delivery cost of the new item so as to ensure prompt re-delivery.

CHARGES:
The following charges will apply for all refunds:

£2.00 to refund to Credit / Debit Cards.
£2.00 to refund for Cheques.
The above charges will be deducted from your Credit/Debit card or, if original your order was paid by Internet Banking, cheque or postal order, then we will refund your account or send a cheque or postal order back minus the deductions.
NB - Postage for the original purchase is non-refundable.

*These charges go towards those made by the banks, for handling refunds on Credit/Debit Cards and for writing cheques, which are beyond our control! We don't like doing this but as we donate all the calendar profits and 10% of other sales to Greyhound Rescue and strive to keep our prices as fair as possible we hope you find this nominal charge acceptable.
